◆ キャンセル・交換・返品について
商品注文確定後のお客様のご都合によるキャンセル・変更・交換・返品はお受けできません。
「買えているかわからないから再度購入したら2回買っていた」「個数を間違えた」「サイズを間違えた」「サイズが合わなかった」等のご要望はお受けできません。
注文を確定させる前に、商品名・デザイン・サイズ・個数 を今一度お客様ご自身でお確かめの上、ご購入を確定してください。
※ご購入後にCONTACTページより変更のご連絡をいただきましても対応できません。
［クーリングオフに関しまして］
当店のインターネット通販は、お客様からアクセスをいただく通信販売になり、クーリングオフ制度は適用されません。何卒ご了承くださいませ。
［商品の受取拒否に関しまして］
当店ではご注文後のキャンセルはお受けしておりません。
商品が配送されたにもかかわらず、お客様の都合で受け取られない事や、一度お受け取りになったにも関わらず返送をされる事例がございます。
その場合、お客様の都合によるキャンセルのため、【配送料（返送のための配送料も含みます）】【梱包資材代】【出庫手数料】その他当店が被った損害及び費用についてはお客様のご負担とし、当店から請求させていただきます。
また、クレジット決済・キャリア決済の場合の返金の際には、上記損害及び費用を控除させていただきます。いずれの場合も、返金のための振り込み手数料はお客様の負担とさせていただきます。
※受取拒否、ご自身のご都合による返送を行ったお客様からの新たな注文についてはお受け出来ない場合がございます。
◆ 不良品について
商品の管理・発送には万全の注意を払っておりますが、お届けした商品が不良品の場合や注文商品と異なる商品が届いた場合は同一の良品と交換させていただきます。
また、商品が在庫切れにより交換が不可能な場合は返金もしくは修理対応とさせていただきます。
その場合、商品到着後3日以内(商品到着日を含む)にCONTACTまで必ずご連絡をください。不良品等の場合であっても、返金・代金減額は致しかねますので、ご了承ください。
また返送される際は、すべてをご返送ください。

商品到着後3日以内にご連絡をいただけなかった場合
お客様の責任により、商品が汚損・破損している場合

◆ よくあるご質問
Q. 商品が届きません
商品は各配送業者の追跡サービスから追跡が可能です。お荷物番号は、商品発送時に送られる自動メールに記載しておりますのでご確認ください。発送から2〜5日経っても届かない場合、又はお荷物番号が見つからない場合は大変お手数ですがCONTACTよりお問い合わせください。
Q. 商品を再送してほしい
CONTACTよりその旨ご連絡ください。配送業者日本郵便で着払い扱いとなります。
最近、保管期間切れで弊社に荷物が返送されるケースが増えております。ご住所の記載違いやお部屋番号抜けも返送理由になりますのでご注意ください。
なお、後払い決済をご選択されている場合は再送を承れませんのでご注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。お手数ですが改めてご注文をお願いいたします。（その場合、在庫の確保は出来兼ねます。）
Q. ギフト包装は可能ですか？
現在特別なギフト包装をご用意しておりません。備考欄にご記入いただきましても対応いたしかねますので、予めご了承ください。
Q. 支払い方法を変更したいです
ご注文確定後に注文内容や決済方法の変更はできません。ご注文確定前に必ずご確認ください。
Q. 購入時に「なんらかの理由で決済できませんでした」と表示され、購入ができません
後払い決済をご選択の場合上記のメッセージが表示される場合がございます。後払い決済には、決済時に与信審査がございます。このメッセージが表示される場合は他の決済方法をご選択ください。
Q. 決済後に確認のメールが届きません
ご注文後には自動メールをお送りしています。
自動送信されるメールの送信元アドレスは [email protected] です。
T図案からご連絡するアドレスは [email protected] です。
迷惑メールフォルダ等もご確認ください。また、携帯電話のメールアドレスをご利用の場合、[email protected] または [email protected] のメールアドレス指定受信を設定いただくようお願いします。自動送信メールは再送できませんので、不明な方はCONTACTへお問い合わせください。
Q. 注文した商品のうち１点だけキャンセルしたいです / 商品発送後にキャンセルをしたいです

Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days after confirmation (Pre-order/Made-to-order items are shipped within 90 days).
Arrivals may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or peak delivery seasons.
Business hours: Weekdays 10:00–18:00 (JST). We do not ship on weekends or Japanese holidays.
Shipping Notification: Confirmation emails are sent on the day of dispatch or the following business day.
◆ Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns
We do not accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns due to customer preferences or accidental orders once a purchase is confirmed.
Please double-check the product name, design, size, and quantity in your cart before completing your purchase.
Please note that we cannot process change requests sent via the CONTACT page after an order is placed.
Cooling-Off Policy
The Japanese "Cooling-Off" system does not apply to online mail-order purchases. Thank you for your understanding.
Refusal of Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
We do not accept order cancellations after purchase.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer address errors or personal reasons, all associated costs (round-trip shipping fees, packaging materials, and handling fees) will be charged to the customer or deducted from any applicable refund.
Future orders from customers who refuse delivery or return packages without prior notice may not be accepted.
◆ Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for a non-defective item. If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, a refund or repair will be provided.
Please contact us via the CONTACT page within 3 days of delivery (including the arrival date).
We cannot accept exchanges or returns if:
More than 3 days have passed since delivery without prior contact.
The item has been damaged or soiled by the customer.
◆ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. My order hasn't arrived.
You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find your package 2–5 days after dispatch, please contact us via the CONTACT page.
Q. Can you resend my returned package?
Please contact us via the CONTACT page. Re-shipment fees will be charged upon delivery (COD via Japan Post). Please ensure your shipping address, including apartment numbers, is accurate to avoid packages being returned due to expired retention periods.
Q. Is gift wrapping available?
We currently do not offer special gift wrapping services.
Q. Can I change my payment method?
Payment methods cannot be changed once the order is completed.
Q. I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
Confirmation emails are sent automatically from [email protected]. Direct inquiries from us will be sent from [email protected]. Please check your spam folder and white-list these email addresses.
Q. Can I cancel an item or my order after purchase/shipping?
We cannot accept partial or full cancellations once an order is confirmed or shipped.

Inquiries: All inquiries must be submitted through the CONTACT page on our site. We do not handle customer support via Instagram DM or X (Twitter).
Response Time: We respond to inquiries within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese holidays).
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your full shipping address, including apartment/building names and unit numbers, is provided accurately to prevent delivery delays or returns.
